Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in time: 12:00 hrs.

Check-out time: 10:00 hrs.

Early check-in and late check-out will be considered subject to availability.

At the time of check-in, every individual guest including children (if any) is required to present a photocopy of valid ID proof that mentions the residential address. This is absolutely mandatory without which we are unable to provide any service.

Note: If there is an early check-in or delay in check-out (subject to availability), AC charges and room charges are applicable.

Amount once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellation & Alteration Policy

In case of force majeure or natural calamities, which are beyond anyone’s control, alteration of dates is possible by mutual understanding.

Cancellation Charges:

• 3-10 days before check-in: ₹600/- per head per day
• 0-2 days before check-in: No refund

Rescheduling Charges:

• 6-10 days before check-in: ₹200/- per head per day
• 5-2 days before check-in: ₹300/- per head per day

Note: If cancellation or postponement is done within 48 hours of check-in, no refund or adjustment will be made. Rescheduling is permitted only once. Once a booking has been rescheduled, further rescheduling will not be allowed.

Refunds will not be issued during the stay or upon arrival, including requests related to partial cancellations.

Child Policies

• No charge for children below 5 years (if no extra food/plate is taken).
• Children aged 6 to 9 years: ₹850/- (Non-AC) & ₹950/- (AC).
• Full charge for children above 9 years.

Other Policies

• Any damage to the property by guests during their stay will be the guest’s responsibility, and charges will be applied as deemed fit.
• Management reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of unfit group behavior, including on-the-spot cancellation without refunds.
• Music system timings: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Rain dance service is available until 9:00 PM only. Proper costumes are mandatory; towels or undergarments are not permitted.
• Washing of clothes with detergents is prohibited due to water scarcity.
• Bookings include welcome drinks, lunch, evening snacks with tea, dinner, bed tea, and breakfast (next day). Additional items are chargeable.
• Consumption of food in tents or cottages is prohibited. Meals must be taken in the designated dining area.
• Guests checking out early or partially using their booking will not receive refunds or adjustments.

Disclaimer

1. This property is located in a rural area. The presence of mosquitoes, insects, lizards, and rats is natural. While pest control is conducted regularly, their complete absence cannot be guaranteed.
2. Due to rural infrastructure, unexpected breakdowns, power cuts, or electrical issues may occasionally occur. Efforts will be made to resolve these promptly.
